Can I visit your plant production base? +
Production-base visits can be arranged by appointment. Our Shenzhen office and production bases are located in different regions of China, so please contact us in advance to confirm the appropriate location and visit arrangements.
How quickly will you reply to my inquiry? +
We normally reply within 1–3 hours during our sales and support hours. Quotations requiring stock, production, or import requirement checks may take longer.
Can I send my plant list via WhatsApp or email? +
Yes. You can send your plant list by WhatsApp or email. Please include plant names, quantities, specifications, destination country, and other relevant requirements. We will check availability and prepare a quotation based on your request.
What payment methods do you support? +
We accept multiple payment methods for international orders, including bank transfer (T/T), Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Discover, Diners Club, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and selected local payment methods.
For eligible larger orders, Letter of Credit (L/C) and Documents against Payment (D/P) may also be available.

Can I place a mixed-variety trial order? +
Yes. Mixed-variety orders are available. MOQ may vary depending on the plant type, variety, quantity, packing requirements, and shipping conditions. Send us your plant list and we will confirm the applicable MOQ for your order.
